Compound butter is butter that has had a variety of flavors added to it. Adding fresh herbs to butter brings it from plain to gourmet. Compound butter can be used to flavor meats, soups, noodles, veggies or toasted bread. Butters last for 6 months in the freezer. Taste different samples from Dill, Italian, Fall flavors and Summer Herbs. Find the combination that you like then make your own to take home.
