First floor: large front room with insert fireplace, spacious sitting area and wall to wall bookshelf; den with TV (no cable), DVD player and board games; dining room featuring a large table and piano; sizable eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and screened door to porch; powder room and a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Second Floor: Master bedroom with a queen bed and two skylights adjoins to the master bath with a tiled shower; two bedrooms with a full bed in each; another bedroom with two full beds and two skylights; full bathroom with shower; additional full bath with claw-foot tub and plenty of closet space throughout.

Birchwood sleeps up to ten. This is a non-smoking cottage. Pets allowed for a non-refundable pet fee. Charcoal grill. Wifi is available at Birchwood, but cannot bet guaranteed.
