Northeast Pennsylvania packs a whole lot into one corner of the state. From hiking trails and breathtaking vistas to ski slopes and water parks, to craft breweries and eateries dishing out local flavor…and the list goes on and on! That’s the idea behind #570Day taking place on Wednesday, May 7, 2025.

2025 marks our 5TH YEAR of celebrating the 570! This year’s theme is “A Look Back, A Leap Forward.” So much has changed over the last 5 years, and we want to hear from YOU on how the 570 has grown.

#570Day is a campaign to spread positivity, and local pride and celebrate the “570” area. #570Day will highlight local businesses, restaurants, attractions, nature, non-profits, and more in the Northeastern Pennsylvania area code every May 7th! The day aims to spread positivity, local pride, and celebrate the people and places within the 570 area code.

How To Get Involved:
-Snap a photo or take a video of something you love about the 570 area (the best lake spot, the shop with unique finds, your favorite pizza, a local organization doing a ton of good… your options are endless).
-Post your photo or video to social media on Wednesday, May 7, 2024 and tag it with #570Day.
-Follow #570Day on May 7th to see all the great people, places, and organizations in Northeast Pennsylvania.
-Bring #570Day to your business or organization—serve up a #570Day special, offer a #570Day deal, or plan something fun to celebrate the day!
