Join the Reading and Northern Railroad for an exciting adventure as we journey to Tunkhannock, PA, from the brand new Nesquehoning Regional Railroad Station! In addition to the scenic main line mineage covered between Nesquehoning and Pittston, riders will also enjoy more than twenty extra miles of scenery along the Susquehanna River to Tunkhannock. Passengers will be greeted in town by representatives of local businesses, some of which will be hosting with wine, spirits, and chocolate as part of the town’s Sip & Savor event.

Departure time is 9:30 a.m. Return time is approximately 7:00 p.m. Please arrive at least 1 hour prior to your departure time to allow time for parking, check-in, and boarding.

Don’t miss this first excursion of its kind! Rides are available on July 27 and September 7. Round-trip tickets are $87 per person. Lunch will be provided during the trip. Clean restrooms are available onboard the train.
