All are welcome to Brain/Food, where discussions of fiction, poetry and films and lectures will take place on Thursday evenings at 7 PM at the DeWire Center unless noted otherwise. Brain/Food events are free, but we hope you will show your support by becoming a member or making a donation. There will be a Potluck supper preceding each evening’s program beginning at 6 PM. Vince Rizzo (played by Andy Garcia) is a prison guard who wants to quit his job to become an actor. But first, he needs to make up for lost time with Tony, his long-lost son, who is an inmate where he works. He suggests that the ex-convict move in with his wife, Joyce (Julianna Margulies), and their 2 children. But Vince neglects to tell his family that Tony is really the son he fathered before he met Joyce. This leads to a series of comic misunderstandings. A discussion will follow the film.
