Mouse, 14-year-old boy, is fascinated by the street bike culture in Baltimore, Maryland. He desperately wants to join the Midnight Clique, a group of Baltimore dirt-bike riders who rule the summertime streets. His mother disapproves of his interest in motorbikes as his older brother Stro died in a biking accident at the age of 17. Teens would enjoy this film.
