Explore the benefits of using CBD oil in food. In the workshop you will be making an endive, berry and avocado salad, CBD pesto pasta with poached egg, and tomato and sausage flatbread. Participants should bring their own choice of CBD oil.

Please wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing for the workshop. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class time because there is limited availability. Classes are limited to 12 students and students 16 and under may attend as a paid learner with a registered parent or guardian.
