Born into a political family, politics was always in Cornelia Bryce Pinchot’s blood. In this presentation, you will learn about her earlier years as a suffragist, her work with the Cooper Union and as part of Theodore Roosevelt’s political circle. Author Gary Ryman will also discuss Cornelia’s work during her husband Gifford’s two terms as governor of Pennsylvania as well her own campaigns for Congress in the 15th district which included Wyoming County and northeastern PA.
