Come out and enjoy our harvest of cucumbers, beets, onions, peaches, frog eyeballs and many others. We will also have a demonstration of the fermenting method of pickling as we make sauerkraut. Jim Hayes will make pickling easy with his “how-to” instruction and demonstrations. Of course, there will be samples!
