Ever been upset by the litter you see along the roads around Salt Springs Park? Come help do something about it! The Friends’ Annual Roadside Cleanup will be held on Saturday May 3 starting at 10:00 AM, rain or shine. We’ll meet in the parking lot by the dairy barn, then split up into teams and scour the shoulders of Silver Creek Road and Salt Springs Road for trash. The park will supply bags, gloves, safety vests, trash grabbers, and water; plus, you’ll get a free T-shirt! Let us know if you can bring a pickup truck. For safety reasons, no children under 12.
