
Join local yoga instructor, Jessica Pennella, for a tranquil evening of yoga, breathing, and outdoor relaxation in the peaceful serenity of Meditation Ledge starting at 6 pm.
Park at the top of the driveway and take a short walk along the Summit Loop trail to Meditation Ledge.
Bring a yoga mat, bug spray, water, and dress in layers. You may also want to bring a blanket or rug for under your yoga mat.
