As we advance into summer, this series, led by a certified instructor, will focus on awakening our body through the healing and restorative practice of Qigong. For 45-50 minutes, in the calming embrace of river, forest, plants and wildlife, we will move our joints, massage our lymphatic system, breathe deeply, and cultivate our life-force energy.
Wear comfy clothing and flexible shoes. This practice is adaptable for chair, let us know if you have any accommodation requests when you register.
