Cost: $100, bring your own piece of furniture, other supplies included

Age 16+

Do you love the look of painted furniture, but aren’t sure where to begin? There’s nothing like practicing on an actual piece of furniture! Join us for this fun furniture painting workshop on how to use BB Frosch Chalk Paint Powder! You will learn how to transform a drab piece of furniture into a fabulous new find.

Bring in your own small piece of furniture to paint in class and use all of our materials, supplies, and expertise as we guide you through the process.

What to Expect in Class

What’s Included: Everything except you and your piece. Teachers will supply paint brushes, wax, sandpaper, cleaner and rags, They will have 6 colors of paint to choose from (Off white, black, tan, grey, navy and a rotating fun color). Feel free to bring snacks or drinks with you too! We do not use pure white in class. It takes more coats than normal colors which we do not have time for in class.

Furniture Guidelines: To ensure that you can finish during the workshop, furniture size should not be larger than 36” tall or 36” wide (preferably wood). A stool, small wooden chair, nightstand or an end table are perfect. (Please no bookshelves or rocking chairs.) If you do not have an appropriate piece of furniture, please let us know ahead of time and we will find a few items for you to choose from at an extra cost.

Wear comfortable “paint” clothes

You must be able to carry your piece in and take it home with you at the end of the class.
