The First Hike of 2026 will kick off Mokoma Conservancy’s 25th year!
On Saturday, January 3rd at 10:30 meet at Conklin Run Wilderness Area Entrance Gate on Lake Road in Laporte.
Depending on the ground conditions this event may be a snowshoe event or a regular hiking boot event. A determination will be made later this week and we’ll post it on our Facebook page. Pack a light lunch and join us for a first walk-about.
