This is a day to learn more about their stories, shower them with love- in the ways they prefer to receive it- and to stay present with them, enjoying the quiet time surrounded by the beloveds. Plan to bring a notebook, camera, or meditation mat to fully embrace the moments we share with these beloved seniors- they have so much to teach us!
