The Eagles Mere Museum will present a history of the Laporte Airport from 1926, aerial photographs from Victor Dallin’s flyover of Eagles Mere in 1929 and the Eagles Mere Airport in the 1940’s. At 1:00 pm Amelia Earhart will visit us with her own special local story. After, be sure to take a drive to the Eagles Mere Air Museum for a special tour. A silent auction will be on display – highlighting planes, trains, boats, and automobiles.
