Judy Steinhilper from Wildberry Studios in Williamsport will lead this 3-hour class where students will learn how to make a beautiful butterfly out of stained glass. Using the Tiffany stained glass (or the “copper foil”) method, you will learn how to foil, solder, and assemble your butterfly.

Students will learn how to safely solder your project using a hot soldering iron and silver-colored leaded solder. You will be able to choose your own colors from gorgeous stained glass pieces. The completed butterfly will measure approximately 5-7 inches across and it can be displayed inside by attaching loops to hang or outside on a garden stake (provided).

About Judy Steinhilper
