Tiger Tank: Wyoming County Entrepreneur Challenge is a business pitch event that will happen on November 12. Local business owners and entrepreneurs will submit applications before the event. Finalists will compete in a pitch night; community members are encouraged to come watch!
Who we are looking for: Local business owners and entrepreneurs looking to pitch ideas to start a new business or expand an existing small business in Wyoming County, PA.
What the competition is: A high-energy, business pitch night where local founders present their ideas to a panel of judges for a chance to win seed funding or funding to expand their current business.
Prize: $10,000
When: November 12, 2026 @ 6pm
Where: Dietrich Theater – Tunkhannock, PA
Why: Our mission is to grow and strengthen commerce in Wyoming County by supporting local entrepreneurs. This event will:
-Showcase and celebrate innovative business ideas.
-Provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs to compete for seed funding and/or funding to expand a local business.
-Feature a panel of a few of Wyoming County’s most successful business leaders who will judge the competition and select the winners.
Seeking: Local entrepreneurs with a business idea or existing business looking to expand that will positively impact the residents of Wyoming County.

Once the application window closes, the event committee will select the top six businesses to present live at the Dietrich in front of the panelists and live audience on November 12, 2026.
