Just before the rush of the busy holiday season, take a moment to slow down and reflect on the changing of seasons, the completion of another year, and the hope of a new one. On the longest night of the year, enjoy a few minutes of peace during a short walk along a path lit by luminaries down to the river and back.

The first 100 participants will be able to add a light along the path of our advent spiral to help celebrate the return of longer days.

Tunkhannock High School’s Envirothon Club will have refreshments for sale.

At 5pm, join us for stories by firelight. Hal Pratt, local author and storyteller, will share tales of the changing seasons.
