Steamtown National Historic Site

Located in the heart of Scranton, Pennsylvania, Steamtown National Historic Site preserves and interprets the history of steam railroading in America and its impact on US industry, commerce, and society. The site is home to the historic railroad yard for the former Delaware, Lackawanna, and Western (DL&W) Railroad. The site also includes a working turntable, locomotive preservation shop, and an extensive collection of historic locomotives.

Short train rides and longer excursions are available seasonally.
