The Endless Mountains Visitors Bureau is excited to announce the promotion of Jill Robinson as executive director and the appointment of Kcaarin Pineau as membership manager.

Robinson originally joined EMVB in 2022 as deputy director, where she worked on creating the annual visitors guide and other publications, managing relationships with member businesses, creating content, and more. She trained for nearly four years under Jean Ruhf, who served as EMVB’s executive director for 20 years before her retirement this May.

In her new role, Robinson will continue shaping the messaging for the Endless Mountains region and working closely with community stakeholders.

“Among the rural destination marketing organizations in Pennsylvania, EMVB has risen as a leader. I’m excited to continue the standard of excellence that Jean has set,” Robinson said. “I look forward to continue working with our local businesses and organizations, promoting the amazing work that they do, and fostering economic growth through tourism.”

Robinson has over seven years of experience in marketing and previously worked as a content writer at DiscoverNEPA. She holds a bachelor’s in professional writing and a bachelor’s in literature from King’s College, where she graduated at the top of her class.

In May 2026, Kcaarin Pineau joined the EMVB staff as membership manager. In this role, she will foster relationships with current and prospective members and assist them with marketing services.

Pineau brings a strong background in marketing, having worked as a social media manager for Gosh Yarn It in Kingston. She is also a professional photographer who has run her own business for many years.

“From day one, Kcaarin was enthusiastic to meet new people and tell the stories our local businesses, organizations, and artisans,” said Robinson. “She truly cares about our area and has already made a wonderful addition to the EMVB team.”

The Endless Mountains Visitors Bureau is the designated tourism promotion agency for Sullivan and Wyoming counties. Since 1962, this non-profit organization has marketed the region through regional, state, and national publications; newspapers; broadcast media; trade shows; online publications; and more.
