A Doggone Meowy Christmas is a fundraiser for True Friends Animal Welfare Center. The event will feature a cookie sale, vendors, a Christmas yard sale, a 50/50 and cash raffle, and basket raffle, photos with Santa, and more at the Montrose VFW.
