Does your teen daughter need something fun to do in a positive environment that is still “cool”?

We will meet once a month at The Local Emporium on Friday nights from 6 to 7:30. The focus of topics will vary, but will include some therapeutic art activity and one card tarot readings (for those interested, with mom’s permission).

The facilitator is a licensed therapist, who has provided psychotherapy for over 20 years. The focus will be from a Person-Centered, Strengths-based approach, with use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Jungian psychology techniques – but this is NOT traditional therapy. This group is not appropriate for individuals in crisis. The goal of this group is to increase peer support, improve self esteem, and increase use of healthy coping skills.
