Join Grovedale Winery for a food fermentation workshop with Sarah Wilbur.
Class is $45 per person and includes all instruction, supplies, and a glass of wine.
You will need to bring your own favorite cutting knife for the class.
Upon registration you will choose to make fermented salsa and sauerkraut.
