2020 PA Bowhunters Festival is CANCELED — World’s longest running all 3-D targets event featuring the famous life-size running deer, other target areas, and life-like game trails. Traditional, compound, and crossbows are welcome. Food, prizes, souvenirs, and more. Family oriented.
The 64th continuous running of the world famous Pennsylvania Bowhunters Festival will host eager bow shooters of all bow choices, preparing for the upcoming archery deer seasons. The Holcombe Running Deer is the feature attraction, supported by dozens of other moving, life-size, 3-D targets, plus dozens of stationary targets and three mountainside target trails. Our novelty Steel Boar offers a challenge to showcase shooters’ skills as well. In addition to perfect practice conditions for actual bow hunting, there are family activities on-going throughout the long weekend.
Saturday will host free recreational shooting competitions for all ages. Valuable door prizes await all attendees throughout the weekend. Hot food and beverages are available including breakfast sandwiches Friday morning and complete breakfast offerings Saturday and Sunday mornings. Dozens of vendors will be displaying archery, hunting, and outdoor-related products throughout the grounds. The always popular souvenirs will be offered, including patches, pins, clothing, and more.
Admission fees range from $0 (children under age 12) to $5 (Friday and Saturday pay at the gate spectator). Shooting fees range from $2 (children under age 12 pre-registered for Sunday only) to $50 (for a couple for the entire weekend),
