Spring Fling, a two-week event of The Tunkhannock Business and Professional Association returns on Monday, April 15th and runs until the end of the month. The special activity encourages area residents and visitors to learn about the many shopping and business opportunities available in the Tunkhannock area.
“The Spring Fling Passport guides visitors and helps them keep track of their participation,” relates Taylor Finan, of The Finan Detail and TBPA Board President. “Each participating location has stickers that are unique to their business. Game players will receive a sticker at each location they visit. To register for the gift prizes, they must visit at least ten locations and shop at five. They need to keep their receipts and turn them in with the completed playing form. A drawing will be held at the end of the two week event and gift prizes totaling $200 of TBPA gift cards will be awarded.”
Game Rules
TBPA appreciates your support of our business community. Visit any participating location for a passport and get a Spring Fling passport location sticker in at least 10 locations. Shop and save receipts in at least five spots. Participants must be present to get the sticker. Businesses will not give out multiple stickers to one person. All correctly completed passports will be entered into a drawing for $200 in gift cards of winner’s choice (from participating locations).
Entry Rules
Completed passport and receipts can be dropped off in a sealed envelop (with name on front) and the Wyoming County Press Examiner office at 16 East Tioga Street by May 12 (use mail slot after hours). To mail, so that it is received by May 12: TBPA, PO Box 573, Tunkhannock, PA 18657.
