The Endless Mountains Visitors Bureau (EMVB) has released their annual visitors guide for Sullivan and Wyoming counties. The guide showcases nearly 300 local businesses and organizations.
Inside, readers will find information about outdoor recreation, shops, restaurants, wineries and breweries, museums, historic sites, farm markets, family activities, and more. An events calendar highlights major fairs and festivals.
“This year’s calendar has more events than ever before. It’s a great tool, not only for visitors planning their vacations, but also for locals searching for fun things to do,” explained Jean Ruhf, executive director of EMVB.
The guide also features articles about exciting new attractions, including Tunkhannock’s Miller Mountain and the Nicholson Tourism Center at the Historic DL&W Railroad Station.
Each year, EMVB distributes 100,000 printed copies of the visitors guide via mail, events, travel shows, brochure racks, and more. The guide is also displayed at state welcome centers and rest areas throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
To request a free copy of the guide, call EMVB at 570-836-5431 or visit endlessmountains.org/information-request. Digital copies are available to download.
You can also stop by the EMVB office at 5405 SR 6 in Tunkhannock. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. An outdoor kiosk is available 24/7 with guides and other brochures.
