Getting Around
Located just west of Scranton, the Endless Mountains make the perfect little getaway from the city. Plan your trip with these helpful tips:
- Download an offline map or bring a paper map. Cell phone coverage can be spotty outside of the main towns and highways. Embrace it; it’s all part of the country charm!
- Although we cover a large area, it’s easy to hop from town to town. You are never more than 25 miles away from the next nearest winery (and most of them are much closer).
- To visit all the wineries, check out our suggested driving route. Traveling east to west, the route visits each location, then returns to the start with a scenic country drive. The entire route is about 200 miles long.
- Make it a weekend trip and stay the night in one of our hotels, vacation rentals, or bed and breakfasts.
- Be safe and have fun! Please enjoy responsibly and bring a designated driver. For chauffer and limo services, the Scranton area has the most options.
