In the Endless Mountains, our county fairs are preparing for a summer full of family fun. These annual events celebrate the region’s rich agricultural heritage and showcase the hard work of our local farmers. Not to mention, there’s no shortage of delicious food, fun rides, and live entertainment for all ages.
Troy Fair
Fair season kicks off with the 148th Troy Fair on July 22 – 27. This year’s main act is country singer-songwriter Kameron Marlowe, who will perform on July 24. Other grandstand shows will include tractor pulls, bullride mania, and demo derbies. Free shows and other fun events will be held daily.
Sullivan County Fair
The fun continues at the 172nd Annual Sullivan County Fair on August 28 through September 1. Located in scenic Forksville, the fair features live music, local vendors, incredible food, and thrilling rides for the entire family. Don’t miss grandstand entertainment like the demolition derby and Ole ’97 Tribute to Johnny Cash & June Carter Cash.
Wyoming County Fair
The Wyoming County Fair in Meshoppen will wrap up the season on August 28 through September 2. The headlining show will be country star Ian Munsick with special guest Alex Miller on August 31. Make sure to check out the daily shows, a pop-up farmers market, and so much more.
