In the Endless Mountains, our county fairs are preparing for a summer full of family fun. These annual events celebrate the region’s rich agricultural heritage and showcase the hard work of our local farmers. Not to mention, there’s no shortage of delicious food, fun rides, and live entertainment for all ages.

 

Troy Fair – July 26 – August 1, 2026

 

Fair season kicks off with the 150th Troy Fair at Alparon Park. This year’s fair features two headlining concerts with the rock band Skillet performing on July 28 and country star Brantley Gilbert performing on July 29. Other grandstand shows will include tractor pulls, bullride mania, and the demo derby. Free shows and other fun events will be held daily. Houghton Enterprises will once again provide rides and games.

Sullivan County Fair – September 2-6, 2026

The fun continues at the 174th Annual Sullivan County Fair. Located in scenic Forksville, the fair features live music, local vendors, incredible food, and thrilling rides for the entire family. On September 5, country singer and The Voice contestant Kayleigh Clark will perform live. A demolition derby, local music, fun contests, and more will round out the fair week schedule.

Wyoming County Fair – September 2-7, 2026

The Wyoming County Fair in Meshoppen will wrap up the summer season. The headlining show will be country star Chris Janson with special guest Alex Miller performing on September 5. Make sure to check out the daily shows and special events like the sanctioned pulls, car show, demo derby, high school rodeo, and more.
