Susquehanna County Historical Society & Free Library Association

The Susquehanna County Historical Society offers an extensive museum collection, as well as a genealogy and local history research library.

The museum includes permanent and temporary exhibits of portrait and landscape paintings, furnishings, textiles, Native American artifacts; and medical, military, and surveying items.

The research library is the primary resource for Susquehanna County history and genealogical material on Susquehanna County families, and include family files, census records, cemetery records, local newspapers, wills, deeds, tax records, marriage licenses, manuscripts, published genealogies; and local, New England, Pennsylvania, and New York histories.
