The United Way of Susquehanna County (UWSC) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to mobilize human and financial resources for improving and maintaining the quality of life of county residents by linking partnering agencies, programs, donors, and volunteers.

UWSC’s community impact goal is “Helping Children Do Well” by providing services to children and their families which foster the improvement of academic readiness, mentorship, child wellness, and family development and/or stability.

UWSC hosts events and fundraisers throughout the year, including the Montrose Wine Walk in May and their Raise the Bar Campaign Kickoff in September.
