Visit the Hoover School, a restored one-room schoolhouse in Clifford Township. The school operated from 1860 to 1942 and taught first through eighth grades. Today, visitors can view local artifacts, sign the black board, read alumni stories, and learn more about the Hoover School’s history.
The Clifford Township Historical Society maintains the Hoover School. It is open seasonally for visitors. Check online for operating hours.
