Immaculate Heart of Mary (IHM) Parish is a vibrant faith community that serves the greater Dushore area. The parish is comprised of four beautiful and very historic worship sites. St. Basil the Great in Dushore is the main worship site and is open year round. St. Francis of Assisi in Mildred, serves as an auxiliary worship site and is open year round. St. Francis of Assisi Chapel in Eagles Mere and Sts. Phillip and James Church (also known as The Saint John Neumann Shrine) in Sugar Ridge are open seasonally. IHM holds exciting events throughout the year. The Annual Picnic, held on Forth of July weekend, is a family favorite with activities for all ages. Also, the Annual Bazaar, held in mid-November, is great fun. Highlights of their social events include the Halloween Costume Ball and Mardi Gras parties. Come join in the fun!
