Great for family reunions. Large kitchen, laundry room, Butler’s pantry, and playroom. Two comfortable living rooms with beautiful stone fireplaces and a large dining room with stone fireplace that can accommodate the whole family for sit-down dinners.

FIRST FLOOR: includes a bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with twin and private bath, and a guest half-bath.

SECOND FLOOR: provides 4 bedrooms with a king size bed in each, and 6 uniquely decorated bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, bedroom with a queen size bed, and a bedroom with a single bed. 6 baths, many with original claw foot tubs (4 bathrooms have showers).

Expansive grounds for baseball or capture the flag. A 2-minute stroll to the Laurel Path; 5-minute stroll to the beach; 7-minute stroll to the historic village of Eagles Mere.

Bailiwick sleeps up to sixteen. This is a non-smoking cottage. Pets are not permitted. No Grill. WiFi is available at Bailiwick, but cannot be guaranteed.
