Bear Wallow Pond is a 22-acre lake in the Loyalsock State Forest. Fishing and boating are permitted. In the warmer months, the pond is a perfect spot to catch pickerel, yellow perch, bluegill, and largemouth bass. In the winter, it is a popular spot for ice fishing.
Bear Wallow Pond is located just south of Shunk. State forest maps are available online.
