Patriots Cove is a nonprofit service organization serving those who were injured/wounded in the line of duty and ill veterans and first responders, as well as their caregivers.

From April through September, they hold fly fishing retreats on Beaver Run in Noxen. In October and November, they host crossbow archery events. Additionally, respite opportunities are available for caregivers. Patriots Cove provides all meals, lodging, equipment, and travel assistance for all of their events.
