Grassy Ridge Farms

19 Lutes Corner Rd., Monroe Township
Wyoming County
Grassy Ridge Farms is a family run farm selling fresh homegrown produce near Noxen, Pa. We are open from mid-July through early December. Our hours are 10 AM to 6 PM seven days a week. Please stop by our new larger farm-stand building. We are located 1/4 mile south of the intersection of Route 29 and Route 309 at the corner of Route 29 and Lutes Corner Road in Monroe Township.

We sell a variety of home grown fruits and vegetables including sweet corn, tomatoes, apples and peaches. In the fall we press our own apple cider and sell a large selection of decorative products including pumpkins, gourds and mums. We also carry locally produced honey and maple syrup as well as assorted jams, jellies and relishes. Please check out our products page to find out when your favorite fruit or vegetable is in season.

Grassy Ridge Farms was started in 1968 by Jack and Virginia Field. The 60 acre farm is at the current site of our farm market. In 1972 they purchased Engleman's Orchard, located on Maple Street in Noxen Township. They ran the farm and orchard for over twenty years with the help of their seven children. Jack worked a full time job and ran the farm, while Virginia was a long-time fixture at the farm stand. Their youngest son, Mark, took over running the farm in 1991, after graduating from Penn State. Virginia has retired from running the stand every day, and Mark's wife, Debbye, currently oversees the sales operations. With the help of our family and friends we continue the farming tradition and are currently expanding into a new farm building.
